What version of vBulletin was around when you made your first purchase?

I think it was 3.0.1 when I had the money to buy it. I knew about vBulletin when 2.2.9 was released.

Watching since 2.2.4, but purchased 3.6.3.

I changed from Woltlab Burning Board and if I see what wBB3 is going to become.... It was the best thing I ever did for my board... :-)

But it's not only the look, it's also the features... And if you ask for a feature, you'll receive an answer like "it's not necessary for a forum software, so it's waste" by official supporters...

3.6.4 for me but i have been a member on a few VB forums since 2001 in which saw previous version. (I'm not active on those forums anymore though)

I'm now on 3.6.5 when it get's re-installed again.

Bought mine around August when vB 3.6 was first released.

I started with 2.0.0 Beta 3. Couldn't wait for the final version. Needed to get away from UBB as quick as possible.

And the fact that they banned the word 'vBulletin' from their forums and banned anyone who dared mention 'the BB system that cannot be named' cliched the deal.

Oh, Infopop...Damn, what a nightmare.
