With the vB2.x John was the Product Manager (still is), so i'm guessing he did the default theme. As for 3.x my guess is Kier did the theme. I'm not 100% sure on that, a staff member would know for sure.

I don't think vB 3.* was designed by Kier. I vastly remember seeing a link to someone's portfolio where the vB 3 design was featured. the link to the portfolio was gived by someone from Jelsoft staff. so unless it was, in fact, Kier's portfolio, I think the design was done by someone outside Jelsoft.

It was me - for the most part, though since the initial release the other developers have obviously added new templates and features with which I have not been involved.
