This contract is essentially slavery. A contract cannot be legal if it infringes upon an individual's basic rights or contradicts laws. In addition, because of how overwhelmingly one-sided this contract is, a definite obligation for both sides to perform the contract (and the remedies in case the contract is not performed) need to be stated.

I think everyone understands that it is not a legally binding contract, but there are couples in the world of D/s who use such agreements in their relationships. Whether it is legally binding or not, it is still, by definition, a contract.
