    i decided to sell it

    funny story behind this domain, i'll try to find it for you.

    they say here that it was sold for "only" 12 million.

    I think it was a good price for both the seller and the buyer. The buyer can monetize that domain and make his money back within 5 years easily.

          well can you imagine just how many internet users type the word "sex" in search engines and how many hits that will get a person a site called sex.com. Here is a quote from there site: "With millions of new visitors every month".

          LOL, quite a lot is my guess.

            Any slang term or actual type-in term would generate quite a bit as well, so I would imagine quite a bit in general.
