    Favourite Internet Company?

What is your favourite Internet company (excluding vB for the purpose of this thread!)? (Eg. Microsoft, Google, Yahoo! etc... )

Personally, I've got to go with Google. I've always been a huge fan of theirs, and I love their work ethic and ideas. I particularly like Google Earth.

I don't have a favorite Internet Company. I currently use MSN for a lot of things (web mail, instant messaging, their communities, premium content, radio) because it is all integrated and serves my needs. I use Yahoo for their communities and Google for their language translation functions. In my opinion Google is playing catchup with MSN and Yahoo! and may never catch up. They aren't a destination website for me.

For software, it depends on which fits my needs the best at the time.

I would have to say Google. Not neccisarily because of the products and technology they've developed, but their emergence into the market place. I remember Google as a sub search engine to Netscape. They've made a lot of headway since then, and its exciting to see them pioneer into different areas. I don't praise Google, but I do consider them an interesting company.

As for usage. I use Windows for my operating system, Mozilla for internet browsing, Trillian for AIM/MSN, GMail for web mail, Office for my suite (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), and thats about it.

They currently have the 43things website as well as people, places, and all consuming. Just fantastic sites with great userbase that actually help me get through my goals just by having them up in such a public place. If you haven't checked their sites out yet, go.

                  Microsoft/Google/Yahoo
I've always loved MS, regardless of their PR image their products make my life easier on a daily basis, balanced out only by a singular product of theirs making my life a living hell from time to time. Google has grown so much in the past couple years that while I still appreciate their services I'm beginning to wonder where they are going with it all. Yahoo for nothing else has exhibited some fantastic taste as of late (de.licio.us & flickr purchases)

So many more companies I enjoy and respect I could add here.

Lots of people are giving multiple companies. This thread's purpose was for your #1 fav. company, not companies.
