As far as sleep goes. Uhhh, I'm actually trying to get back to a normal schedule. Lately I've been going into bed around 9 - 10pm even if I'm not tired, and find that I wake up around 5:30 with no alarm.
I think the usual cause of not sleeping is that I get too easily distracted (Internet or reading) and don't want to take myself away from it. The other thing is that when I actually am in bed, I'll usually won't fall asleep until a few hours later because I'll constantly be thinking about things and keeping my mind busy. Maybe if devoted some time during the day to think on things alone I could get it out of the way for sleep? Never actually thought of that until right now, haha.Comment
