MGM out
Now going to devolve back to 3.0.8, just in case the guy I'm working on his styles for can't/won't upgrade to 3.5.1.
ADDED:
Devolve went fine.

If vB is that hard to update even for the modders, what's the impression would be for a busy exec who needs to get his forum up, but now doesn't know if it's worth the effort?
Sorry to be the one to say that, but someone's got to say it, Zach (and not just guard turf. Products stagnant that way).
Chris
Think about it for a second, we have a ton of modifications to port to the plug-in/product system. The main one begin the system we use to verify your license, something that has to work else we will never hear the end of it.
In addition to this we have multiple styles to port over to 3.5.1, not a simple task when you are coming from the 3.0.x line. We also have a hack database coming along with the update, this is something new and it also 'has to work' and thus requires lots of testing.
There is no reason to rush an upgrade because at the end of the day it will hurt the end users if we do.Comment

The fact that the site is available and provides the features it does is more important to the people who visit the site daily than the specific version of vBulletin it is running.Translations provided by Google.

Man, do we need that section jumpstarted and kept alive. Sure beats lion dens that hate presentation tables

Whatever you say... I am pretty much done with any concern about templates, styles, css or HTML. Really never should have tried to get involved in the first place.Translations provided by Google.

This translates down to everything web designers are doing now. The pressure is so hard to confirm, you'd swear it's the crusades again.
This isn't personal, never was.
