Anyway, since we went from products to faces...
I agree, I would like to see more products - at least something done with the chat/gallery parts in certain files of vBulletin instead of leaving them like loose ends. As well as the Blog Kier mentioned a while back, and hopefully the rumored CMS (who I hear is hanging out with the Unicorns ).Congratulations on the death of vBulletin, Internet Brands.

Or Jelsoft has put the code in there to throw folks off, since they know folks will be modding their forums and will spot it.
Think more likely if they are making a CMS and Blog and adding it to the php files it'll be more discreet -- like mixing dual purpose code in php instead (where it would be difficult for even pros to spot it, as it as a current purpose, yet also has a backdoor reference).
Scott made an interesting statement earlier on the Ruby thread, and one that after reading more about Python last night, gives a better idea of the mindset that can go into vB's production <-- sneaky Scott, sneaky.

vBlog! vBlog! vBlog!
I like how Brian can make an extension that is very close to the original, but still would prefer a Jelsoft product, as it'll become an extension of vBulletin itself.
You also get used to how they code, and it just becomes second nature, making it easier to jump in and customize their PRODUCTS.
vBlog! vBlog! vBlog!
Mega hint!

I still say give us the Gallery first, especially now that Brain doesn't own the vBGalley. Now is the time to fill that gap with an official one. As it's quite obvious after reading most posts that just about everybody doesn't want to use the photopost version of it really now. Lets face it, quite a lot of people left photopost and went with vbGallery to get away from there product. Now were back to square one again.
vBGalley first please. Brains vBBlog can possibly fill the CMS gab for now.Comment
