Google Adsense & Adbrite on the same page? Is it allowed?

you can run adbrite, just not their contextual service (ie, their public, run of house ads). You can still include their ad with a link so that people can advertise on your site...

Competitive Ads and Services

We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services.
