The size of those tests are too small to test proper bandwidth, which is why my connections are all off & wrong.

I'm on cable with 24mbit downstream (which is approx~ 2,9mbyte/s) and 2mbit upstream (which is approx~ 240kbyte/s) and I have tested these averages by download a 1gbit.bin & .nul files and uploading it again to a dutch university. I get from my ISP what they promised me.

I am supposed to be getting 15 Mb/sec. At other online speed tests I get 11-13 Mb/sec. I think proximity might have something to do with my subpar results in the speed test.
