    Nervous signup paypal

    Hello everyone.
I feel a little uncomfterble signing up to a paypal account (Premier Account).
I've read the rules etc. but i still feel uninformed. (they use a very technical language in their rules/statement).
So i have some questions to you who has sugned up a license like that:
    • What are the prise for setting up from a European country?
    • What are the fees for recheiving money in european contryes?
    • Does they demand any fees per month, year (etc.) or any other fees?

    Hope you know,

    Challenge.

You're better off using something like 2checkout.com if you're going to be selling things online.

Theres nothing wrong with paypal. I've been with them for abit over 2 years now with no real issues.

2checkout doesn't have any advanced tools like PayPal's IPN (as far as I am aware)

They are also horrid with dealking with fraud, and I believe a chargeback fee of 30 dollars exsists.

A personal account has no fees, FYI

They are bad dont use them! If somone sends you stolen money they will lock your account and blame you.

Who, PayPal? In dealing with stolen funds when you are obviously not aware of the fact that they're stolen ahead of time, they will take the money back but your account will remain open.

Maybe PayPay is bad, but I haven't had a single problem with PayPal. Each to his own, though. PayPal is the most well-known web-based US payment system, so in accepting payments, that would be useful.

paypalsucks.com looks like a bunch of people from the ages of 13-17 who lost their money because they were not old enough to have an account, all banded together to make a horridly designed site to "preach" the faith.

I've been using paypal forever now, and, they have been insanely helpful with all of the matters I have faced. Their customer support is awsome (I think i waited 15 min to talk to a real person about somthing).

I'm with fliburt, never had an issue with them ever

Seriously I was sticking up for paypal aswell until they made my account limited access with over $10, 000 in there. I won't go into detail I will leave it at that but I can say it took 180 days to get that money back. Paypal works have the right at there discretion to limit your account whenever they feel.

You might want to look into your bank as a processor, thats a crap load of cash.

Well, with $10k, I think the usual $20 fee for a bank to bank wire transfer would be best.
