If you were to offer your community e-mail, I think it would be hard to compete with all the free e-mail providers that offer hundreds of megs of storage.

Like filburt said, everyone has hotmail addresses, but only 5 people have modtheater.com addresses. Offering email to members is just another incentive to join and contribute to your community. Give email to donators or very active members.Comment

Server is back up... I got a hold of Kevin, and he got on the server before I did -- restarted apache.

HiveMail has *not* disappeared. Apparently Apache decided to die and cPanel failed to notify me about it. It's restarted now and everything should be functioning normally.Comment

Well it's a godd idea to allow members of your community to have emails such as [email protected]. I will think about buying a hivemail licence for the future
