    Web Based email servers...

Anyone know of any servers that are similar to hivemail but support pop mailboxes? I know @mail does but it is way out of my price range. The cheapo liscense is around $1615 USD for my current configuration. I just want something that still has developers hanging around and supports pop.

    Thanks

VPS but yes. However my hosts are really nice and let me run / modify just about anything I want. It's great. I just want to find a product better suited for me.

        What mailserver do you run?

I use qmail with vpopmail and qmailadmin which handles user accounts. I then give them @mail with option of pop3 as well. I dont provide smtp because i couldnt get the qmail-smtp auth patch working (and isps provide smtp now days)

So basically @mail is just a webmail client.

Currently I am running hivemail Http://www.hivemail.com It has a lot of great features and they have said that they are working on a new release that will incorporate "pop" functionality. However, this has been going on for quite some time now and I really think the project is loosing steam. I could be wrong but it isn't very active there as when I bought the software.

So hivemail actually listens on the smtp port?

You should still have a MTA if it doesnt (exim, qmail, sendmail, postfix)

Are you planning on vBulletin integration?
