Jelsoft is always helpful, no matter how little you know. Many have come here with 0 knowledge of what PHP even is, let alone how vBulletin works. And Jelsoft helped them through any problems that may have come up. So be rest assured that no matter how dumb your question may seem, Jelsoft can and will help you, while answering politely and not calling you a n00b

I've always concidered vB as being free. The forums always have a staff on hand to help with issues if you so need. Pay once, and you have service with a smile thereafter. This is especially nice for new and inexperienced vB users. What is charged would barely cover staffing the forums. The software is a free added bonus IMO.

To be honest, I have always wanted a vb and now that I have one, I am happy. With phpbb and invision it seemed like I could never be satisfied with how I would have it set up. oh, to have the countless nights back I spent hacking the bloody things.
