if you can't endure, there is a simple and effective way. just be a LEFTY, use your another hand.
additionally, as we all know, it can practise our right-brain

Actually, I was starting to get a little pain in my right arm and wrist a few days ago, so I moved my mouse/Wacom tablet to the left side and it's much more comfortable. It took me a few days to get used to a left-handed mouse but I'm very glad I did it.

I use my left hand to write.(and change gears as i live in a better country with right hand drive! ) Right hand for mouse, scissors, etc.

I get pains in my LEFT shoulder as some of my back muscles are horribly bad along with my spine problems.

Having therapeutic massages once a week really helps. Fixed my posture, and most of the muscle spasms i had

Simply moving your mouse wont help that much if the problem is more than just your arm.

That is so awesome, but why not just use both hands on your keyboard and wear something kinda like Homer Simpson has like "The Foam Dome" that holds 2 cans of your beverage preference.

Chances are if you're getting pains like that you've got RSI, go see a doctor

RSI? Oh no! What can I do to persuade you to make it go away. Maybe give you a ride in my BMW?

Actually, I would love to try this, just for the fun of it. Unfortunatelly, I have a formed mouse that can only be used with the right hand... oh well, never thought I would have to use it left-style

I'll give it a try at work though...
                  Best Regards

I do that consistently now...have natural keyboards at home and work and use the left hand for mousing (excluding gaming where I suck with my left hand).

Thinking about it, it could be a really good way to make your left hand a little more usable (if you're right handed that is)

I'm a natural lefty. Its no fun i assure you! Try using most things in this world with a gammy right hand and you'd often end up with er.. egg on your face... soup on your pants... drinks up your nose...

Though i do tend to make great gear shifts bang on time!

I bought a special mousepad with some kind of gel in it to prevent that but it doesn't really work. Thanks for the tip, I'll have a try
                            That's the end of that!

I am on day 2. Anyway to make the scroll bar to the left of the browser and make the pointer point right?
