Webcams?

I was wondering if anyone uses their webcam on a regular basis?

I've decided to enable mine on a regular basis since I never seem to use it.

ADSL is ordered, when it's ready i'll get my webcam working

Iam on ISDN now and uploading that picture would take the full isdn bandwith

I would do the same as you, keep it on like that and let people just go to my website to look. But I dont know how to have it automaticly refresh in 10 seconds or less with a new image, any help please?

Don't you guys have some sort of office? Would be nice to have a webcam which shows you at work. (real work, not drinking mountain dew ).

There's this cool app for MacOS X called EvoCam that works great with my iSight and PowerBook. Over gigabit LAN it shows the full FPS capable of the iSight, and very decent FPS on other connections. It even configures itself as a server.

Worth a look.
