Sorry if you don't have the funds to invest on the internet you won't get anything achieved . To answer your question there is no way to get vBulletin for free. It's a paid product which you must order. Also .com domains are paid too so there is no way to purchase them for free either.

You could still try to find a third-level domain provider, which often are for free, but that's of course no real dot-com address. If you don't want to pay fr vBulletin, try out one of the many free message biards.

To answer your question; No, vBulletin isn't free for download, and at this time we do not offer any discounts. If the owned license is too high for you, you can choose to get the leased license, it grants you the right to run vBulletin on your web site for 12 months for $85 (after which you have to renew it for another 12 months or remove it from the web site).
