Networking problems

OK, here it goes:
I'm trying to install Incoming Connections on Windows XP, but I get an error stating that the Routing and Remote Access service failed to start. So I went to check in Services, and indeed it wouldn't start, giving me a 3604 error code. Now, I'm not that good with networking, so I tried stuff, but it wouldn't work. Anyone got any solution or some advice on fixing it?

Have you checked Microsoft's knowledge DB for it? Try this:
