I feel like an idiot, but ... how do I add a simple html header and footer to 2.3.0?

    My board is at http://adrr.com/law2

What I want to do is add a simple header to every page and a simple footer to every page.

The header I want to add is the same as the one at http://adrr.com/

The footer would be a similar link "for useful self-help books, visit: " sort of thing.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. I've been futzing at it for a couple weeks and just don't have it down right.

Thanks for your patience and advice.

    And be simple with me.

Well, I feel better now that I've gone a couple days without a response.

UBB was easy to fix this way. Anyone know how to migrate from vbulletin to UBB?

Sorry for not responding earlier. I must have missed this.

There are already header and footer templates in vB. Just add whatever HTML you want to those templates:

Admin CP -> Templates -> Modify -> [expand list]

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

Totally unnecessary and hardly mature. The team are doing their best.

...He was just asking a question. He'd probably have more like asking that type of thing at the official UBB forum, though.

What I meant was: your first question doesn't get answered within your time limit and you automatically want to switch over to another (might I add expensive) system.

Well honestly he had the right to be upset. I would be too if my question went unanswered for two days. Unfortunately this one fell through the cracks.
