Problem editing

I just decided to edit the templates in my vBulletin installation. I edited the "forumhome" template successfully, but when I made changes to "forumdisplay" I began getting the following error while accessing my forums...


Parse error: parse error in /home/site/public_html/forums/forumdisplay.php on line 1

The changes I made are... I set the tables to 600 pixels and not the normal 100% and I created another table to enable me to add a table border color.

Any idea as to what caused the problem?

could you provide the code of this page like the first 5 line of your forumdisplay.php and the code of your template cause just like this i can't help you much
