I love my Template .. BUT

Please help me (
I have JUST set up a VB for our community
I have it set to community colours to keep in line with the rest of the web site
Black
Navy blue
yellow

it looks great BUT the actual text of the Posts and the description of the posts doesn't show up
I need that text (what ever variable) it is to be shown in ummm black #000000
I can't seem to change the colour of the POST and Post description without chahging the other nice yellow bits
Please help !!
