Hmmm... templates...

Templates confuse me. Do they confuse many others or do I just have a mental block that permits me from picking these things up?

Does anyone know of a good resource that goes through and explains the templates better then the user guide on vBulletin.com... because, I've read the user guide and didn't find the portion about templates extremely helpful.

What confuses you about them?

They are blocks of HTML stored in a database with the actual content treated as $variable words.

All you have to do is treat them like any normal HTML page. You can even edit them in your favorite Editor (I use HomeSite).

sometimes, the only confusing thing is finding the template you are looking for, but thats it
(I use homesite too)
