How do I get rid of the white bar on top?

I recently changed my logo, which is left aligned, and it separated the top white bar from the forum. I would like to get rid of this bar altogether. I am pretty new at this, so any suggestions need to be detailed. I would really appreciate any help with this. Below is a link to my forum, so you can see what I mean. Thanks in advance.

Edit your header template and remove both instances of 'menu_background.gif'.
