Increasing row height

I am out of practice at adminning vB, I'm afraid, and as thus have forgotten how to increase the row height of the table - ie more space between the topics listed.

Can anyone help?

add cellpadding to your table tag (ie cellpadding=2) it'll make the row "thicker"
