Hmm..looks good...but Missing a COPYRIGHT INFO.

Isnt that required...so altho it looks good...is it Legal?

You can pay to have the copyright removed. And we can no tell if this is so in this case.

If you imply to have a portal just like some of those URL's above, then you can have a looksy at any CMS system out there, but the one that works pretty good (and is freeware (except support)) can be found at phpportals.com I think. vBportal it is called.

If you want to change the frontpage (category index page) of the vBulletin forum, then you have to alter the templates through the admin control panel that are grouped as 'forum home templates'.

IMO paying to remove the copyright sin't worth it. The fee is [ some dollar amount, sorry just learned that we can't post it here, email the adress below or pm me ] USD, you pay that oen time fee for all the licenses you owe. However, you still have to pay the regular licensing fees.
