Background of Navigation Manager/Tab/Menu/Link

Im having trouble finding the background-color of Navigation Manager / Tab / Menu / Link,
Ive tried all different background items with Popup NavTab and PopUp Body etc but now thinking its over writen by some yui .css?

Any ideas of stylar or .css where this is done?

It should be on the navbar stylevar.
