User Groups modifications

How do I transform the names of the user groups, that you can see, in the links (whit color and bold character)?

For example:

Moderator:

I have inserted (in admincp---> User Groups ---> Moderator--->HTML User Name Tag):

<span style="font-weight: bold; color: blue"<nickname>

What should I put in order to make it a link?

I tried to insert this: <a href="LINK">: That's it

<a href="LINK"><span style="font-weight: bold; color: blue"<nickname> But it does not work!

Can you help me, please?

You need to discuss your third-party addon in the location where you downloaded it.
