[vB4] How to create homepage like this?

Hello,

I have bought vbulletin and installed 4.2 version. I finish installed in my domain with structure like this www.mydomain.com/forum/forum.php but I want to create homepage on www.mydomain.com I know how to code in php so I can create a single page in my main domain, but I look at another forum like this http://affplaybook.com/ it's look similar with their vbulletin theme (have home, forum, blog, contact, and Sign-up / Sign-in button) is there any option to create homepage similar with vbulletin theme without I code single page in main domain?

If you have vBulletin suite version you can put CMS files to the root directory http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/m...insubdirectory
