[vB4] Custom Header & Footer For vBulletin 5 Connect

Hi there,
I am not trying to make the forum suite with the same look as the rest of my website. I have spent quite some time trying to find out how I can insert the css for the drop-down css menu without any luck. At first I assumed there would be a simple header & footer but after a look through all of the directories and research on the forum and everywhere else on the web, these files are simply non existent. Can anyone please advise me which and where the files are which I can edit to implement our css code, general css menu and background to the header & footer.

The 'header' and 'footer' templates are still there in the Style Manager. Add any CSS code to the css_additional.css template
