how to make viewing forum.php be like this

(figure 1) standard view /forum.php



(figure 2) another view /forum.php



or at least the section where the script should be edited to get a look at figure 2 forum.php

You'd need to install whatever style they are using, install a 'subforum by column' modification, upload individual forum icons for the categories.. maybe more, your screenshots are very small, and it's hard to tell what you want.
