[vB4] Remove wrapper from static html widgets?

Is it possible to remove the wrapper from static html widgets?

When creating custom html static widgets for ads, I find that they appear in the standard widget wrapper (see attachment) that I have to provide a name for, in this case "Advertisement". I'd really like to just have the ads appear in the column without that wrapper. Is there a way to do this?

You can edit the template html to do so, if you want.
