[vB4] Registered User can't see post . . .

Ok here is my issue: idk what i did but when i post some thing only Staff can see that post like admins, Super Mod etc... But only members can't see what it said and all they see is this even with signature THATs admin posted and the registered user see is that! Please help me and i really appreciate that ! Thank you!
