Navbar and sub navbar overlap

Was hacked and now that I upgraded from 4.2.0 to 4.2.2 my navbar and sub navbar are overlapped that renders the navbar useless in my custom skin. Any edit help would be appreciated Example here http://www.2a-protection-graa.net/forum.php

Update: never mind I was forced to buy new templates. zero support
