[vB4] spacing in forumdisplay

See Screen shot. I would like to find the size/spacing code for forumdisplay and forum.php. I would like to put in another square ad like you see in the priceline.com ad which is hosted in the ad_global_below_navbar template. I did not see any templates that run ads on that right side. I have sidebareverywere for the CMS Articles. So I need to move the forum or make it smaller then find were in the code the right space is. Can anyone help me out?

You will need to add another Forum Block and put the priceline.com ad code in there.

I did do that but that ad is to big for the block. I need to make the Forum Block bigger to fit the ad or put the ad in with out using a Forum Block. Forum Blocks are the ones with sidebareverywere correct?

I found the spot were I can make the Forum Block bigger. It works now.
