Changing the color of postbit_background doesn't seem to do anything on my forum. The background of the post area simply retains whatever color is set for the body_background. Is this a bug?
postbit_background doesn't work?

Thanks. Such a simple fix considering the bug's been around for so many versions."63,000 bugs in the code, 63,000 bugs, you get 1 whacked with a service pack, now there's 63,005 bugs in the code."

Does blockrow_background also not work? I'm changing something that clearly says in the HTML that it's style is blockrow but the background won't change."63,000 bugs in the code, 63,000 bugs, you get 1 whacked with a service pack, now there's 63,005 bugs in the code."

Just because the class is blockrow doesn't mean that is the only CSS affecting that area. I'd suggest using something like firebug to look at the item and see what other CSS is affecting it.
