Yup, pretty much. I never use IE either and didn't even know it was going on until it had been mentioned to me, and I've since been able to reproduce it on every other machine with IE I've tried.
Banner viewable in Firefox, but not IE?

While 95% of my users use IE, I feel its necessary for me to use all three (IE FF and Chrome) to see whats going on and how things appear to others.Comment
