[vB4] finally got help and forum up thanks but I now lost my header somehow lol

1.how can i get back the header on my forum I dont know what I did to loose it but it is missing.
2.I also removed my portal to eventually add the csm but how can i get my forum to be the first page for now.

if you go to clearwaterbiker.biz nothing is there but when you go to clearwaterbiker.biz/forum then that comes up.
Do I need to edit the pointing dns or is it somewere in the admincp were I can change that setting
