Quick reply background ??

Is it possible to change the background of the quick reply ?? or atleast change the text color for that quick reply ?

Thanks in advance... my last 4 questions have gone unanswered so please someone help me out with this one !!

This doesn't seem to work for the Quick Reply text background in 4.05.
