How can I change this?

I've the first and I want to change to the second Image. I want to change 3 things:

1 - The height of the bar which contains the post date and the post number.
2 - Change the "#postnumber" to the right.
3 - Show the rank image down to the avatar and the name of user up the avatar

Thanks but I don't have any idea about to do this. I only make it with phpbb but vBulletin is different...

.postbit .posthead .nodecontrols {
width:49%;
float:right;
}

3 - I don't think you can do that with CSS which means you'll have to modify the postbit.

Mmm I have changed some values in the postbit.css and it wordked. My problem was that the doc_width is 980 pixels, so the table who contains the post date was super expended so it appeared more high... Thanks for the awnser!
