Want to change color of border around replies

    Greetings,

I am completely a novice to vbulletin and have been going through the software learning how it works and such but I've hit a wall with this...

Basically where it shows all of the replies in a thread, there's a boarder going around everything from the header strips to the posts and personal information. I'd like to be able to alter the color of that and don't know what it is that controls that ability. Here's a screen shot to better describe what I want to change (all of the white borders I want to change the color of and have put a red circle on)

I figured it out. I had left the table border blank and it must pull from somewhere else when if it's left blank instead if simply not showing a border so I changed the color to something that worked and it looks good

Right after I typed that I realized that it was fine for only certain page.

I read the table border css here : http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/css_tborder and that all makes sense to me. That's what I expected and it does do this for the Main Forum display page and the Thread Display page, however, whatever page that the Posts themselves sit on, there's borders that I can't get rid of and being that I'm using some transparency on my tables I can't add a color into the Table Border Background in style manager or it wipes out my transparency for some reason.

The other strange thing is that through Internet Explorer the border is a different color than through firefox

Here's a Post with the borders i wanna get rid of circled and the 2nd one is the Thread Page I believe showing no borders. I have the Table Borders in Css completely empty expecting it to show the Page behind it but this isn't happening.
