changed parts of default style to right to left

Hello

I have persian forum ( right to left language ) and use persian style .
my style have any problem and i want to use english style and customized it.

i want forum editors ( quick reply and advanced editor) become right to left and thread show right to left (Right-to-left copy.jpg) .

now my thread is left-to-right copy.jpg

which templates must be edit for this??

please help me

If this is already set this way, then it should display what is shown in seconcd image.
Admin CP > Languages & Phrases > Language Manager > [Edit Settings] > General Settings -> Text Direction [?]

vBulletin.org will have a solution to edit this.
