Any one bought from Complete VB

Hi there,

I recent placed an order with complete VB for a 'Totally Pro' skin plus $50 instillation. I also paid another $30 to have a banner fitted in the top right hand of the skin.

This was on the 18th of June, it's now the 23rd and still no upload! I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problems with them. I get the impression that they look good on the outside of the packet, but on the inside there's no content.

I've read their forum and to be honest I didn't rate their service support.

Can anyone recommend a verified company that supplies good quality skins, with updates as part of the service?

I have one by them (see link in sig), they make nice themes, but need a little help in the support department.
Try posting the in customer support area on their site.

Hello, I have bought from them, and I have had great support. They're a good team. The problems they are having now is staffing, and they do need more staff.
