    Template Issue?

    Hi -

    I am the webmaster for isgb.org (http://www.isgb.org/forum). I recently moved the site/forum to a new host. Prior to the move, we had up to four links at the top of the forum, below the header image, that led back to the main website. The actual links were controlled by a content management system.

    After the move, these are gone. Can anyone suggest a file or lead me in the right direction as to where to start looking to find out why they were there and now they are not, without having made any modifications to the forum after the move?

    Your help is appreciated!

    I would suggest by asking the people you got the CMS from to see if they know why it wouldn't be showing. I'm guessing you may have to reinstall it or else make sure all the necessary files are in place.

    If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

      Thanks Lynne -

      By looking through the Style Manager in my Admin panel, I was able to see that a modification has been made in the header of our custom template (which really doesn't have many other changes).

      The line - $isgb_latestinfo

      has been added (see below). Do you know to what that refers? It used to actually say "Latest Info" above the links so I know this is where the changes must reside.

      <!-- logo -->
      <a name="top"></a>
      <table border="0" width="$stylevar[outtertablewidth]" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
      <tr>
      <td align="$stylevar[left]"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php$session[sessionurl_q]"><img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" /></a></td>
      <td align="$stylevar[right]">
      &nbsp;
      </td>
      </tr>
      </table>
      <!-- /logo -->
      $isgb_latestinfo
      <!-- content table -->
      $spacer_open
      $_phpinclude_output

      Forgive me - I know enough about databases to be dangerous and nothing about custom templates for vBulletin.

        I'm guessing that this CMS modification that you are using needs that variable. You may want to try reinnstalling the CMS modification. (Backup your database first.)

          Thanks again. I found it was simply a path issue setting on an add in.

          Fixed and thanks!
