Help with finding a section in the CSS file

I am looking for the area in the CSS file where I can set the color of the box on the bottom where the Mark Forums Read and the View Forum Leaders is listed.

I am trying to match that to the navbar and I found that section, but can't seem to find this box.

Fairly sure that is the tfooter class.
