Can someone Make me a skin.

Hi, I'm new here And I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask
But I wandered if anyone can make me 4 new skins. For my new forum.
With the a code were members can change the colors.

1- Chocolate/Tan [This is the main color what guest well see]
2- blue
3- Pink
4- Yellow

It's a chihuahua forum. So if you can also do like paws and bones and atc, for the buttons and other please
