adding smileys to forum

why I can't open a new thread to this forum ? vBulletin 3 Graphics and Other Resources

There is a problem about permissions.

The main question is not that. How can I add diffrent smileys, I have some smileys how can I add to my forum. I want to increase the number of smileys and types.

You should read the Submission Guidelines for that forum.

Add smilies under admin cp > smilies > add new smilie or upload smilie
