how can I change avatar size, default size is 80 X 80 pixel, but I want to change it 120X120 pixel. how can I do this setting.

second question is about; in explorer tool bar, my forum name - Vbulletin. I want to discard Vbullettin writing near to my forum name in the explorer bar. how can I perfom this?

First question:
AdminCP >> Usergroups >> Usergroup Manager >> "select usergroup you want to change" >> Picture Uploading Permissions >> Custom Avatar Maximum Width + Custom Avatar Maximum Height

Second question:
In the AdminCP go to Languages & Phrases >> Search in Phrases

Search for the phrase "Powered by vBulletin" and then edit it to what you want.
