    Customising the forum color

    I just wanted to customize the color code of the Vbulletin forum installed in my personal website. I can't find the options in the admin menu to change the layout color of the forums. Please let me know how to change the color scheme. Please see the attachment which show you the exact thing I wanted to do (Sorry for the blind question, this is the first time I work with forum themes and I'm very weak in designing) :P
