Displaying Users AGE in postbit

ok I know how to display the Users birthday in the postbit, but I really want to display his age...im confused and cant seem to do it, i think the code for it will be in forumdisplay as their age shows on there when its their birthday but I cant seem to get it too work

any help appreciated
