how to make forumdisplay look as forumhome

i have set depth to 2 2 0

and i cant get that displayed as forum home

that is i want the on my forum home i have like this

i want this on forum display

to look

So what should i do

I got the above just setting subforums as categories

but now how do i
align forums correctly instead as shown in picture attached
